$5.00 per hour. A $45 hold is authorized and released when you return the battery; you only pay for time used.

2) Where can I return?

To any Pulse Power station. Cross‑returns are allowed.

3) What if I forget to return?

We send reminders; after 48 hours, the $45 hold may convert to a replacement charge.

4) Do I need my own cable?

No. Each battery includes Lightning and USB‑C cables.

5) Is wireless charging supported?

Our packs use cables for speed and compatibility.

6) How many charges per pack?

Usually 1–2 full phone charges depending on device.

7) Multiple rentals?

Yes, if stock is available.

8) Compatible devices?

iPhone (Lightning) and most Android (USB‑C).

9) Safety & cleaning?

Certified hardware, routinely inspected and sanitized.

10) Can I walk while charging?

Yes. Batteries are fully portable.

11) Do you prorate time?

Yes—billed by the minute.

12) Damaged cable/unit?

Return it and grab another; email support so we can service the unit.

13) Cash accepted?

No—major cards and digital wallets only.

14) Reservations?

Not yet; first‑come, first‑serve.
